Social Media Analytics – SMX East 2010
SMX East 2010 was a great conference this year. I had the honor of presenting on social media analytics with @RavenPratt. While his presentation focused more on qualitative data, with regards to conversational marketing, my presentation focused more on quantitative data with regards to social content promotion.
